DESCRIPTION:6-7pm – Mike Cramer\n\n\n \n\n\nMike Cramer <https://mikecramermusic.com/> is a stylistically versatile multi-instrumentalist. An active musician in the Twin Cities\, he is a member of several fine ensembles including the bluegrass group The Barley Jacks and Cafe Accordion Orchestra. He also leads his own jazz trio and the roots/Americana trio\, 43 Degrees. His award-winning flatpicking arrangements have been featured in Premier Guitar and Flatpicking Guitar magazines. In 2023 Cramer was the 2nd place winner of the 2023 National Flatpicking Championship in Winfield\, KS.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n7-9pm – Jackson Peters and Matt McIntyre\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJackson Peters is a seasoned guitarist with extensive experience spanning over fifteen years and holds a degree in guitar performance from the Lawrence University Conservatory of Music. Since graduating\, he has made himself known as a reliable and versatile instrumentalist in the Twin Cities and has gotten the pleasure of performing alongside icons such as Broadway star Jessica Vosk and internationally renowned pianist Bill Carrothers.\n\nMatt McIntyre is a versatile guitar and bass player in the Twin Cities working in many genres and in theater. Sporting a hybrid 8 string instrument a la Charlie Hunter\, his influences range from Tuck Andress to Isaiah Sharkey to Andres Prado. Listeners can be sure to hear elements of swing\, afro-latin styles from South America and the Caribbean\, and R&B in every show.

DESCRIPTION:TICKETS HERE \nFuzzy Math has been a fixture on the Twin Cities scene for well over a decade now.  The group is led by Mark Vandermyde\, a classically-trained pianist and organist who began migrating from Mozart to Miles in middle school\, studied composition at Harvard University\, and banged around with blues bands for a while after college until rediscovering his love of jazz\, and writing\, and writing jazz.  Since then he’s managed to surround himself with some of the finest players in town (Andrew Schwandt on tenor sax\, Matt Peterson on bass and Haralds Bondaris on drums) to help him bring to life his vision of creating music that’s interesting\, accessible and fun…serious music that doesn’t take itself too seriously\, and offers something for everyone.  They recently released their 5th CD unveiling a new iteration of their uniquely eclectic blend of original songs and creative pop/rock/folk covers for which the StarTribune once named them to its Best of Minnesota list for “best jazz act for people bored with jazz”.  Racket (successor to the City Pages arts beat) called them “fluid as hell…generously melodic…alternately tender and brawny…nuanced…this is jazz that never gets too far out but never dawdles too close to home – a genuine sweet spot.” \nTICKETS HERE
