651 Schwarzbier
5.3 % ABV
Schwarzbier is a German-style dark lager with a light roastiness and subtle hints of chocolate and caramel. It is a sessionable, year-round beer with a smooth, clean finish, despite its dark color, which is often a deep ruby, not pure black. Key characteristics include a moderate alcohol by volume (ABV) of 4.4–5.4% and an IBUs of 20–30.Atonal IPA
6.0 ABV
The new guy’s first beer – Atonal IPA – a highly drinkable jazzy fusion of 4 different hop varietals. Quench your thirst with this refreshing taste on the classic IPA style.
Can-Can Kölsch
4.9% ABV
A summer beer brewed in the traditional style from Cologne, Germany. Light enough that it won’t slow down your dance moves!
Coal Porter
4.8% ABV
Named for American songwriter Cole Porter, this beer is a little bit lighter in body and alcohol than a typical stout. Strong notes of chocolate, and hints of coffee flavors, come from the unique malts used in the brewing process.
Crème Brûlée “Coal” Porter
4.8% ABV
The wicked sister to the Coal Porter, this Crème Brûlée Porter puts some extra sugar in your dessert. Lighter in body and alcohol than a typical stout with strong notes of chocolate, and hints of coffee flavors, come from the unique malts used in the brewing process.
Enigma Double Brown English Ale
7.7% ABV
Malty, caramel taste and smooth, mellow finish, but not quite the profile of an English brown ale—making this one as curious as Edward Elgar’s Enigma Variations. Gluten reduced.
Jam Session Sour – Lingonberry
5.6% ABV
Start riffing and somehow you get a sour that tastes like a liquid sweet tart. With minimal hop flavor, the free-flowing notes of the fruit take the lead. So even if you’re not a sour fan, try this. Because that’s what improvisation is all about. Fruited with Lingonberries! If you know the proper grammatical and syntactical usage of “Uff Da” then this one’s for you.
MicroNOME
Will Vary ABV
Our small-batch brand, used for recipe development, experimentation, and the occasional hare-brained idea like the tequila barrel aged vanilla stout that we made that one time. This varies frequently, so ask your server what’s up when you come in.
Retro West Coast IPA
6.1% ABV
Old school West Coast IPA. 6% Dry and pleasingly hoppy. Made with the og hops for the style.Columbus (CTZ, but say columbus) Simcoe, Centennial, and Chinook. Hints of grass and pine!Squeeze Play East Coast IPA
7.3% ABV
Tropical on the nose and fruity on the mouthpiece. A great, low-bitter IPA for wetting the whistle before belting out a few bars of “Take Me Out to the Ballgame.”
