The Harry Scott Quintet will perform one and a half hours of originals, and new arrangements of standards.

Harry Scott is an up and coming pianist and composer based in the Twin Cities and Chicago. Just 18, he has performed with his Trio, Quintet, and solo across countless venues in the areas, including The Dakota and Berlin. He is influenced by pianists by the likes of Sullivan Fortner, Brad Mehldau, and Bill Evans, and composers such as Wayne Shorter, Cedar Walton, and Monk. 

 Laeton Olaleye is a rising talent in the Twin Cities jazz scene. He has performed in venues including the Dakota Jazz Club, Crooners, Jazz Central Studios, MetroNOME Brewery, and the Twin Cities Jazz Festival with renowned Twin Cities artists such as Omar Abdulkarim, Tom Lewis, and Will Kjeer. He has also played in New York City, Chicago, and Louisville. Laeton was a 2025-26 Minnesota Music Educators Association All-State Jazz Band musician and has received instruction from acclaimed jazz artists such as Patrick Bartley, Kevin Washington, Scott Johnson, Jack Breen, and Kavyesh Kaviraj. Olaleye’s captivating style has been influenced by Arthur Blythe, John Coltrane, and Cannonball Adderley, along with many other greats.

Matthew Hess, 18, is a saxophonist from Minneapolis, MN. He performs with various groups across the Twin Cities including Minnesota Youth Jazz Bands, Walker West Music Academy, and MacPhail Center for Music. He has performed at various venues across the Twin Cities.

Callum Schultz is a 17 year old bassist who has performed alongside saxophone greats Joe Lovano, Kenni Holmen, and JD Allen, and has played at numerous Twin Cities venues such as The Dakota, the Landmark Center, the Governor’s Residence, The Green Room, and Berlin Jazz Club. He is a 2025/26 MN All State musician, and a 2025/26 YoungArts jazz bass award winner.

Pete James Johnson is drummer, composer and producer based in the Twin Cities. He regularly performs in the local music scene and sometimes performs with award-winning national artists. When not playing, Pete works from home as a composer and producer writing music and producing local artists.
