Originally from Duluth, MN, Jackson Churchill currently serves as Visiting Instructor and Director of Jazz Ensembles at Gustavus Adolphus College. Before returning to his home state, Jackson was a high school band director in Des Moines, IA, and he won numerous competitions facilitated by the International Trombone Association, American Trombone Workshop, and Jazz Trombone Day. His debut album On Your Mark was released in May 2025 and is available on CD and all streaming services.
