What exactly are "Monday's at the MetroNOME?"

Beginning in July, we have been providing a professional space and venue for local artists and groups that are trying new material, solo artists and those that cannot find a place to play. Show times are 7 – 8:30 PM, the bands play for tips (please be generous), and the beers are be cold. Only in Fingal’s Cave.

Some current examples of artists have been/will be playing Mondays:

- TAKE THAT BACK- a local Jazz ensemble that have 2 albums; "Take that Back" and "Splash". https://takethatbackjazz.com/

- POGO BALLET- A High Energy Classic Alternative Cover Band playing deep cuts of XTC, Squeeze, INXS, Descendants, The Police and many more. https://www.facebook.com/pogoballet

- MRS. MINE- Mrs. Mine came together senior year of high school and never really stopped. What started as playing together at school grew into a seven-piece band with a serious love for soul, blues, jazz, funk, and the music that defined the decades before us. Sprinkle in some modern grooves.

-SECOND BREAKFAST- Second Breakfast String Band is a Twin Cities acoustic trio singing and playing bluegrass and Americana songs and fiddle tunes –

PRO TIP- there is also a concert in Mears Park tonight. Another great reason to get there early. You're welcome.

Hope to see you here.
TONIGHT! Something different and intimate!

Zorongo – Flamenco Intimo! July 23 @ 7:30 pm AND 9:00 PM.

Strip away the big stages and experience flamenco exactly how it was born: up close, raw, and intensely connected.

Flamenco Íntimo welcomes you into the setting of a traditional Spanish tablao—an intimate space where art thrives on personal connection rather than spectacle. World-class guest musicians join forces with a celebrated guitarist and three powerhouse dancers in a spontaneous dialogue of gesture, rhythm, and movement.

Featuring special guest musicians – flamenco singer José Cortés and flamenco guitarist José Manuel Alconchel – with Zorongo artists Deborah Elias, Rachel Holmes, and Molly Kay Stoltz (dancers) and Ross Fellrath (guitarist).

IMPORTANT: If you do NOT have a ticket already, there will be a limited amount released 30 minutes before the first show at the taproom. The online option is turned off due to technical difficulties.
